This little stuffed guy goes MANY places with my Little G. He’s been to Target (and almost lost there) too many times to count. And last weekend he even found himself on a destroyer ship. Yep, “Meow Meow” is well traveled. I like to think he brings my baby boy COMFORT.
I know some of you read about the egg hunt that our neighbors did for the boys on Easter Sunday. It was really so neat and kind. I find COMFORT in knowing that those are the kind of people that live right next to us. Ones that really care for us and our children.
This empty lot sits between our neighbors on the other side and another house. And in driving around town I’ve noticed many areas like this in neighborhoods here. No house built, just extra outdoor space for enjoying (there are some benches and play things for kids in this one that you cannot see in the photo). I find COMFORT in knowing that we do still preserve some of the land for it’s beauty.
Join up at You Capture at Keli’s place this week, while Beth continues to “nuzzle” that newborn boy of hers…

Meow Meow is one lucky cat. And so’s your little guy for having such a wonderful friend. =>

Such pretty spring pictures!
Good neighbors are one of the best things ever. We have had some pretty amazing ones.

I love those shots! I especially love the potted flowers. I wish that I could have a green thumb. Maybe this year it will go from brown (not quite black) to a khaki/light green thumb.

Both my boys have numerous stuffies just like G’s Meow Meow (how cute!). I love to watch them tenderly hug each of them. I like to think they are practicing for when they become Daddies 😉
What a gorgeous green space. The trees, the flowers, wow!

The flowers are beautiful. I can’t wait to see that kind of spring in our neighborhood soon!

It looks like a beautiful space in the last picture. We have parks and little areas like this but this one looks well preserved, and with the flowers…very romantic.

Meow Meow is rad.
And love the flowers, I wish we had something like that here. Everything is just covered in pinecones!

Great photos. I love the shot of the yard, and the idea of having preserved space. Unfortunately, we don’t have that option in my neighborhood anymore (though our yards aren’t that small.) And “Meow Meow”? Fantastic. And comforting.

Great shots! You have an awesome neighbor. It really makes such a difference in a neighborhood to have good neighbors.
I find comfort in my house, my home. I always feel so safe there with my girls and my hubby. My girls on the other hand find comfort in old ratty blankies 🙂

Oh so sweet, when my son was that age he had a little stuffed thing called Mr Popples that went with us everywhere. I still have it (my son 24 now).
