WW – Things Boys Can’t and WON’T Wear So My Girl Certainly Will!

December 16, 2009 by Elaine

Let’s see…

pink

tights

“mary jane” shoes

lace

bows on their heads

dresses

flowers (except maybe the tropical kind…)

and…

ruffles.

My little girl already wears ruffles. And that folks is ONLY the beginning.

If you can’t already tell, I can’t resist taking pictures of her.

And doesn’t the shirt just say it all – “cute to the core” – Uh huh! : )

All the Wordful Wednesday action is happening at Angie’s place.

I too have gone overboard with ruffles, pink, bows and anything girly! I figure I will do it until she can argue about it! As she got older though she refused to keep any bows in her hair……

The ruffles and the frills really are fun, aren’t they?

  18. livinginagirlsworld says

She is definitely a cutie. I have three girls, and I like the simple ruffles like you have there. I’m not a girly girl, so it has been hard having three girls. They are working on me though!

I just love chubby babies, and especially when they’re girls. Boy babies are cute, but the girls you get to primp, and dress up, and all kinds of cute stuff. I’m your latest follower hope you can find time to follow me.

I just wanna pinch those cheeks. I cannot wait to meet her in person and to squish all of her baby-ness. Cannot. wait.

Tonight, as I watched Sophie dance her Christmas program, I totally enjoyed all the girly-ness in that dance/ballet room. And of course, she was the STAR!!!!!!
