Apparently I am into pictures from the past this week (referring to yesterday’s post as well…). But, my “baby” is going to be two on Friday and I couldn’t help but think of this picture. He was about 2 weeks old and I had actually put a little make-up on and asked Tim to take our picture together.
I know, I look tired, but I was oh so happy to have my little boy in my arms. I love his little pursed lips and I can remember his sweet baby smell. It makes me want another one. And hey! I’m in luck! : )
Off to gather more pics for his birthday post…….
For more WordFUL Wednesday hop on over to Angie’s place. She rocks.
Beautiful picture of the 2 of you!
these are the best photos
Absolutely fantastic. I do the same thing every time my children’s birthdays are nearing and they are well into their teen years.
You’ll still remember all those things years down the road but it is so fun to look at old baby pictures!
ADORABLE!!! Love that look.
Is it not the best feeling to hold your brand new baby! It feels like it is only for a few moments – what great memories.
You don’t look tired at all…I see a very happy Mom holding her precious one!
Ditto! You just look like a happy mommy to me. I hope the little guy has a very happy birthday!
Isn’t it surreal seeing pictures of them so little??? It’s sad that I hardly remember mine being so small!!
That is a great picture!!!
Happy WW!
I know what you mean. I’ve been staring at old pics lately. I guess it’s because our babies grow up so quickly.
Hey, this is my first time here, and am I the ONLY one who picked up that little pregnancy hint? Or did everyone already know??????? Either way, congrats!
Happy WW!

Nothing like a beautiful brand new baby…and you get to do it again! Me too! How much better can it be!!
i love that you asked hubby to snap a pic – i have so few of just me and the bean together!
Too cute. I am sure the hormones have nothing to do with it either.
And my little one is going to be three this Sunday… better get started on my birthday post too.
Beautiful!! Oh, Elaine, this makes me so excited to hold our bundle. I could just cry!
He was so WEE. Sigh.
Aww – I love those micro-mini babies. Mine was born looking like he was 3 months old and I missed the itty bitty stage completely!
Sweet memory and sweet photo. You don’t look tired at all, you look lovely. :o)

Sweet! Love that face
Such a beautiful picture of you and your baby! Aww! It’s so amazing how fast they grow! It’s too fast, you know? My post today was about my possible want for another child, a 3rd child… I’m just not sure… but I do miss the baby stages a lot!
My baby just turned 3– I love putting old pictures up of him.
