January 18 – 24
So in looking back over my “winners” for this week I’ve come to two conclusions. 1. My kids eat a lot. 2. When my kids eat, they are messy, as you will soon see.
There are also a couple of other pictures thrown in for good measure. And because I like them. A lot.

I look good don’t I?
I posted this picture in my last post but I wanted to post it again here because I think it’s a “winner!” : )
I super-duper double heart LOOOOVE this shot! And I can’t take credit for it (do you see me and The B Man at the top of the slide?) Yeah, the hubs took this one. Didn’t he do great? It’s the “weekly winner” for sure!
Sarcastic Mom has more weekly winners for you to see!
I’m loving that horse shot! Such a neat perspective! And of course the slide pic is great too!!
All of a sudden I’m hungry for ice cream.
I have the same pic of my son on a red slide. I love it also. I tired to get my daughter to do the same but it just never turned out as good. I love the chocolate faces.
Look at that horsey close-up!
And yes, Spray & Wash is a Godsend!
Cute shots!
The slide photo is great. I love the chocolate smile too. All are wonderful pix.
These are fantastic!!! Messy eating means you are really enjoying your food, didn’t you know?
The slide pic is brilliant! You have a great eye, Elaine.

That last one IS awesome! I also love the looks on your boys faces in the “partners in cream” one. (Cheezy title, yes, but great picture!)

Those last two are great! I liked the horse shot when I saw it in your last post, but didn’t have a chance to comment.
Your hubs did a fantastic job on that last photo! I need more pics with me in them… I’m always the one behind the camera. (sometimes that’s a good thing, though!)
I also really liked the one with the ice cream clown lips. That was adorable!!!
Thanks for sharing your pics… I love them! I’m always around lurking about, but don’t seem to have much time to comment these days… I’m sure you understand.
have a great week!
great shtos – although do you know how unfair it is to post pictures of your children outside with NO jackets going down a slide, especially when it is 8 degrees where I am!! (smiles)
Hehehe, these are so cute! Kids and ice cream together makes for such happy shots, doesn’t it?
What fantabulous photos!!! I love that slide shot; it’s perfect!
Also- I am SO jealous of the ice cream, the park, and your warm weather. I totally want to come to Texas.
Oh, kids and ice cream. So what age is it when they finally eat more than they wear?
And, the slide shot is great.
These are really great! I love the partners in cream one!
The slide pic rocks! I also love the horse nose as well!
I love the horse! And the ice cream face shot is too funny!

The horse one is awesome, I love it and the slide one is so neat, way to go Tim!
Hi Elaine
What a clever man Tim is. He captured the essence of the moment and it is a brilliant photo. It is one of those shots that makes you smile.
Every mums weakness has to be getting those pictures of their kids eating ice creams. It is such a joyous thing to watch – children never hold back, they don’t worry about how sticky something is and that they are covered in it, they just enjoy the bliss derived from such a simple pleasure as eating an ice cream. Thank you for sharing your photos of your boys – they are adorable.
I was sad to read about the situation with the nearby horses. Please keep us posted on what happens and if the drilling goes ahead.
Lots of love and hugs
Elise
I’m lovin’ that slide picture too…SOOOO cute!
Great pictures! And, I’m with you, that last shot is fabulous.
That WAS a great shot of him!!! I think I spend 20 hours a day cleaning up 2 year old table messes. Must be why I have become so fond of eating out lately. They are so precious aren’t they?

I don’t think it’s just your kids that eat a lot and make messes doing so – that’s ALL kids! I do love that last one, but “Watching over him” rocks, too. I loooove shadows!

Oh, and yes, Kaitlyn was screaming boy, although she wasn’t very happy when she heard the news she says she is fine with it as long as it can sleep in her room.
Goof ball girl!
That slide shot is the best!
I love the one of little G smiling through the chocolate ice cream, too.
