After last weekend where I ate LOTS of food, with a fair amount of sweets included, I was sure I would either gain or stay the same. But guess what folks, the portion control and exercise is paying off!!

And, I want to say “THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!” for everyone’s comments of encouragement and support on my weigh-in post last week. It really does keep me motivated and I’m so happy to have such a great support system through shrinking jeans and my readers!!
