Okay, well if you haven’t followed Sophie and Shannon to Africa and back with Compassion, first, I am sorry that you have missed out and second, what bloggy rock have you been under this last week?
After reading a lot, crying, laughing, praying and crying some more I felt moved to do something as so many people have in these last several days. Tonight I talked to Tim and we decided to sponsor a little boy very close to The B Man’s age. Now he has someone new to pray for (!) and hopefully they can become pen pals. His name is Niwamanya Casbert and he has the sweetest face. I can’t wait to get to know him better. I hope to make his life a little better too. We have so much, it only makes sense to share it.
Another blogger, who I was introduced to while following the group to Uganda, Shaun, is motivating people to sponsor a child and to give, give, give! God Bless Him!
