It’s HOT outside right now. Like, OHMYGAWD why did I even step outside to get the mail today, hot.
My kids are eating freeze pops like they’re goin’ outta style and the ice maker is workin’ over time.
I found one way for me to combat the heat though.
ICED coffee.
Yum!
I was so happy to connect with Seattle’s Best coffee at Blissdom back in the Spring, where they provided for my much-needed morning coffee needs during one of the days of the conference.
They sent me an amazing box of goodies and want to share the same with one lucky reader here!
But first, here is a recipe for my favorite way to drink Seattle’s Best over ice:
Items/Ingredients Needed:
Large bowl with lid (or use plastic wrap)
Large spoon
Coffee filter
Strainer
Pitcher
2.5 cups cold water
1.5 cups ground Seattle’s Best Coffee
Coffee Mate Sugar Free Caramel Machiatto creamer
Instructions:
1. In a bowl add 1 cup of cold water to coffee grounds and stir gently with spoon. Slowly add remaining 1.5 cups of cold water, trying not to agitate the grounds too much.
2. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and steep grounds at room temperature for 12 hours.
3. Strain the grounds through a coffee filter and pur coffee concentrate into a pitcher.
4. To serve, add 1 part concentrate to 3 parts of water over ice.
5. Add desired amount of Coffee Mate Caramel Machiatto creamer and stir!
