Sometimes I look at her and I can’t believe she’s here, with us.
This morning I counted her fingers and toes, one by one and marveled at how tiny and perfect they are. Her face lights up my days, my life.
I’m trying to cherish the moments, these days that can be tiring but I know from experience, are so very short.
I know it won’t be long before she’s reading, like her older brother.
The other night I laid her in the bed next to me, her sweet smelling head near my face and breathed her in.
I love her so very much, and so thankful that God gave her to us, I can hardly put it into words…
