As I sit here eating blueberries and a banana, all I can say is you have much more willpower than I do.

I could never give up fruit. Not even for a couple days. I loves me some fruit. And summer fruit is the BEST! You must have the will power of a superhero!
LOVE the pics! Gorgeous!

Love your pics, Elaine! I miss fruit, too, and especially juice in the morning. I miss my OJ! I hate how bad carbs are for me. BOO!

I hear ya…I started watching what I eat this week too. But luckily for me, WW says its ok to eat some fruits in moderation. So I’m still enjoying a few fruits in with a lot of veggies! Good luck!

I need to start up with my calorie counting again. Now that the baby is 4 months old I don’t have any good excuse!
Meagan says
Oh, I did the low/no carb diet after my freshman year in college when I’d gained the freshman 15 plus a few. It was so hard – I was in the worst mood I’ve even been in in my whole life! I hope you make it out of that first no-fruit phase quickly!
erin margolin says
You’ll have to let me know how this goes for my post-baby diet. Because I just don’t understand how avoiding something so healthy/fruity/good for you can help you lose? So confusing. I mean, I know there are sugars, but….?

That is my biggest issue with low-carbing it! I can give up bread and the like, but the fruit kills me every time!
