Those are some lovely gates!! I really like the last one.
I have a friend who loves to take pictures of doors – its amazing how boring a door (or gate) can seem when you stroll by it, but when you really look it sometimes can be quite beautiful!!
Wow! Those are awesome! You take wonderful photos!
Those are really fantastic photos…you have such a talent. Your neighorhood looks a little European and really great!
I miss my Louisisana! Love these gates though, you did a great job.
Oh I love the second one the best! Great shots!
Beautiful!! We live in a pretty neighborhood as well, makes walks around the block a bit more enjoyable. =)
Oh! I love the first one! It makes my little southern heart pitter patter! I miss hommmeeeeeeeeeeeee! Hope you are doing well, sorry I havent been by to say hello, but I’ve been keeping up!
I agree…they are pretty. Great pictures!
Something about bricks and Iron just calls for a great photo.
wow, those are beautiful,..never see those around here..thank you!!
Stunning! I love a beautifully designed gate. When we were in historic Savannah back in April we did a trolly tour and they pointed out to us all the hand made iron gates. I was in heaven at how beautiful they were. The last picture reminds me a lot of the gates.
Why is it that we are intrigued by gates and doorways? I think, because we imagine what’s behind them. When you look at a beautiful gate all kinds of beautfil thoughts of what lies behind are conjured up. Thanks for the inspiration
Great pictures! Love them
I think that would be a walk I would enjoy too
Those really are some cool gates!
They’re definitely pretty! Are they all right there in your neighbourhood?
Beautiful. Works of art! It’s nice to see the different textures. Around here all the gates are made of wood…BORING!
So, SO pretty! I love doors and gates…
Love them! I am obsessed with taking pictures of doors!
Yes, they’re beautiful. Just exactly the sort of thing that would draw me to take pics
Wow, I am shocked you have so many gates in your neighborhood. I am going ot have to pay attention more next time we go for a walk.
Beautiful!! I love gates too!
Beautiful photography, Elaine! I love the gates!
Those are gorgeous!
I love them! It looks like you are living in a fancy neighborhood
Oh how I LOVE Louisiana architecture – something so comforting in it – thanks for these shots.
